Production Dairy: Craig's Shoot
Today we were shooting Craig's "Me Myself And I" Module at the Summerhill County Park. we were assigned to different roles, with me being the camera op, Nathan on sound and Adam as Runner.After Our Lecture with Mike, at 1:30 we packed all the equipment in Nathans car and drove up to the park. as Craig met with the managers at Summerhill, the actors (Level 6's) Arrived and we began to shoot.
This shoot was pretty challenging for multiple reasons, for starters, Craig's location of choice of shots were far apart from each other, meaning most of the day was us walking to each shoot, eating up time. Weather conditions began to affect the shoot as well, with short showers interrupting the shoot. And finally the terrain we were shooting at didn't help at all, with some of the cast and crew slipping from the mud.
over time, weather conditions improved, but the sun was setting, meaning we would have to film as much as we could for today, meaning we didn't film all that Craig had intended. At this moment, craig has said he will be re-hauling his idea and to find a way to use the footage we shot today for his new project.
